River Bottom Roll-Offs, LLC
1 Service Agreement & Rental Period
- Rental Term: The standard rental period begins upon the day of delivery.
- Scheduling: Deliveries and pickups typically occur between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Saturday. Specific times are not guaranteed due to potential traffic or landfill delays.
- Extensions: Customers must notify the company at least 24–48 hours in advance to request a rental extension. Additional daily fees apply for any days beyond the initial agreement.
2 Pricing and Additional Fees
- Base Rate: Covers one delivery, one pickup, and a specified weight allowance (e.g., 2 tons for a 15-yard bin).
- Overage Charges: If the contents exceed the included weight limit, the customer agrees to pay a per-ton overage fee.
- Dry Run Fees: A fee (e.g., $75–$225) will be charged if a delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to blocked access, overloaded containers, or unsafe conditions.
3 Loading and Prohibited Materials
- Filling Limits: Debris must not extend above the top rim of the dumpster. The tarp must be able to securely cover the contents for safe transport.

Prohibited Items:
Hazardous materials are strictly forbidden. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Chemicals, solvents, and liquid paints.
- Propane tanks, fuels, and oils.
- Batteries (lead-acid and lithium-ion).
- Tires and large appliances (e.g., refrigerators, AC units).
- Compliance: The customer is liable for all fines or disposal costs related to prohibited materials.
⚠️ Important: Inclusion of any prohibited materials may result in additional
charges, immediate pickup, and forfeiture of all fees paid.
4 Placement and Property Damage
- Site Access: The customer warrants that the delivery site is sufficient to bear the weight of the truck and the loaded container.
- Liability Waiver: River Bottom Roll-Offs, LLC is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, septic systems, or underground utilities caused by the weight of the equipment.
- Permits: It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any necessary municipal permits for placing a dumpster on public property (e.g., street or sidewalk).
5 Customer Responsibility and Indemnity
- Equipment Care: The customer is responsible for the equipment from delivery until pickup, including damage from fire, theft, or vandalism.
- Indemnification: The customer agrees to hold River Bottom Roll-Offs, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the customer's use or possession of the dumpster.
